Studies of a new series of ion-pair complexes [Mo(dtc)_4][Ln(dtc)_4] (Ln=La-Er,exp.Pm)

A new series of ion-pair complexes [Mo(dtc)4][Ln(dtc)4] (Ln=La-Er, exp. Pm) were synthesized from MoCl5, LnCl3 and Nadtc in anhydrous methanol. The crystal structures of the four complexes, [Mo(dtc)4][Ln(dtc)4] (Ln=Nd, Sm, Ho and Er) have been determined by X-ray diffraction. Spectroscopic properties of all these complexes are also discussed here.     

2-芳基硫杂脯氨酸结构特征的研究

对12种2-芳基硫杂脯氨酸进行了红外光谱和核磁共振谱测定,对其中两个化合物作了质谱测定。结果表明,这类化合物固态时主要以两性离子形式存在;有较强的分子离子峰,是一类较稳定的化合物。它们还存在一对非对映异构体,芳环上的取代基对芳环电子云密度的影响较大,而对四氢噻唑环的影响较小。     

Stereoselective Synthesis of Piperamide Alkaloids by Modified Ramberg-Bcklund Reaction

A convenient and rapid approach for the synthesis of piperamide alkaloids la ~ h by the recently developed one-flask Ramberg-Backlund reaction was described. The synthesis of 1e was reported for the first time.     

三磷酸胞苷在Duolite A-30树脂上的交换过程研究

根据CTP在离子交换树脂上的吸附容量和分离因数的大小,确定Duolite A-30树脂适合CTP与CDP,CMP之间的分离.对CTP在Duolite A-30树脂上的吸附动力学和热力学研究表明,在283.15K~303.15K之间,CTP的质量浓度在7.5g/L以上时,Duolite A-30树脂对CTP的吸附主要受颗粒扩散的控制,其有效扩散系数为D=3.47×10-7cm2/s,溶液的质量浓度≤1.0g/L时,CTP与Duolite A-30树脂之间的交换速率主要受液膜控制,其液膜扩散系数为Kf =4.112×10-4/s.同时测定了不同条件下三磷酸胞苷溶液在Duolite A-30树脂固定床离子交换柱中的穿透曲线,研究了进口浓度、进口流速、原料液温度、原料液的pH值及柱高对穿透曲线的影响.用二阶动力学推动力模型描述固定床动态过程,考察了轴向返混对穿透曲线的影响,并从穿透曲线回归得到总传质系数,模型计算值与实验数据符合良好.     

苯丙水溶胶的合成与性能研究(I) 聚合工艺和反应组分对聚合稳定性和胶体性能的影响

用一次投料法、半连续滴加法和单体预乳化法三种聚合工艺，合成了苯丙乳液聚合物，并加氨微细化，转化成水溶胶，考察了聚合工艺和反应组分（乳化剂，功能单体等）对苯丙乳液及其水溶胶反应稳定性和粒子大小及分布等胶体性能的影响。     

Synthesis,crystal structure and characterization of a 2-D network organic-inorganic hybrid polymer with α-BW_(12)O_(40) ~(5-) as building blocks

A two-dimensional network compound [Ce(DMF)4(H2O)][α-BW12O40]·H2O·(HDMA)2 (HDMA = protoned dimethylamine, DMF = N,N-dimethylformamide) was synthesized from α-H5BW12O40·nH2O, Ce(NO3)3·6H2O and DMF and characterized by IR, UV spectra and TG-DTA. The result of the X-ray single crystal diffraction indicates that the crystal is monoclinic, space group P21/n, with unit cell dimensional: a = 1.1983(3), b = 2.4216(5), c = 1.9517(4) nm, β = 92.91(3)°, Z = 4, R1 = 0.07710, wR2 = 0.1416. Structural analysis indicates that every [Ce(DMF)4(H2O)]3 building block is surrounded by three adjacent [α-BW12O40]5- polyanions, meanwhile, every [α-BW12O40]5- polyanion interconnects with three neighboring [Ce(DMF)4(H2O)]3 subunits, by making use of which two-dimensional network structure can be constructed. The result of thermogravimetric analysis manifests that the title compound has two-stage weight loss and the decomposition temperature of the title polyanionic framework is 560℃ . The electrochemical analysis shows the title polyanion has three-step redox processes in the pH = 4―7 media.     

Selenium Nanoparticles Prepared from Reverse Microemulsion Process

Selenium nanoparticles were prepared by a reverse microemulsion system. Sodium selenosulfate was used as selenium source. The results showed that hydrochloric acid concentration and reaction temperature had great influence on the morphology of products. The crystalline selenium nanowires and amorphous selenium nanorods were obtained in given condition.     

牛血清白蛋白在NVP/HEMA无规共聚物水凝胶上的吸附研究

合成了不同含水量的N-乙烯吡咯烷酮(NVP)／甲基丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯(HEMA)共聚物水凝胶．研究了温度、pH值，蛋白质初浓度及离子强度等因素对牛血清白蛋白吸附性能的影响．采用紫外分光光度法测定BSA的吸附量．结果表明，蛋白质初浓度越高．温度越高，离子强度越大；蛋白质内部更多的疏水性氧基酸残基暴露于外部．吸附量增加：在等电点pH=4．7附近蛋白质沉积量最大．     

超高感彩卷乳剂微晶体电镜研究

应用物理和化学相结合的方法，将超高感彩卷分层剥离，离心沉降，水洗除胶，电镜观测各层乳剂的微晶体结构。揭示了超高感彩卷各乳剂层的结构情况，披露了超高感彩剂制造技术。     

Synthesis of a Photolabeling Probe for the Study of Antiviral Mechanism of Ribavirin

Ribavirin has been used in urgency to treat SARS patients recently. In order to study its antiviral mechanism by photolabeling approach, we have synthesized and characterized 5-azido-1-β-D-ribofuranosyl-1,2,4-triazole-3-carboxiamide 1 as a photolabeling probe of ribavirin. The azidotriazole nucleoside showed rapid and clean photochemical reaction, suggesting that 1 is a promising probe to study the antiviral mechanism ofribarivin by photolabeling.
